Ham Friendly Hotel: The Ebbtide has accommodated hams before, but may not be ham-friendly to large groups anymore. The place has two proprietors, Max and Julie; Max tolerated hams quite well but Julie was a bit upset about radials all over her nice lawn, moving furniture from cabin to cabin etc.
