The station consists of the
following:
Rigs: 2x Yaesu FT-920 (one is now abroad for repair), and a Kenwood
TS-50
Amplifiers: Acom 2000A, Kenwood TL-922A, and Heathkit SB-220.
Antennas on 1st tower: Mosley PRO-67-B with 7 elements for 10-40 m; and
a 3 el. Yagi for 6m
Antennas on 2nd tower: TH3MK3 3 element tribander; and a 6 element
for 6m (home made)
Wire antennas: Alpha Delta DX-Sloper for 30m, 160m and 80m (ssb); and
Dipole for 80m (cw)
Digital: PTC-2 DSP Multimode Pactor Controller for Pactor, RTTY and
PSK31 operation. All the available
digital modes via the sound card of the PC using Mixwave 2.14.
Ramon is offering a total package. That includes transportation to and from the
airport ( a one hour drive), lodging, meals, drinks (non-alcoholic), use of the
shack and of course taking care of the PZ licenses.
Ham visitors will stay at Ramon’s place. The house has 2 bedrooms for
hams/visitors (air conditioned), and a separate bathroom for the guests. Each
bedroom has a twin size bed. Ramon’s place can accommodate 4 at a time.
In case of more guests there is a possibility of making special arrangements.
Price will vary depending on the number of visitors – contact Ramon for price
and availability. If you would like to know more information don't hesitate to
